As a Real Estate Broker, Class approached us seeking to equip its new offices in a new building along with a showroom surrounded by small meeting rooms where clients could comfortably visit and close deals.

The office space was then separated into two wings, one including the meeting rooms and showroom and the other for the working spaces. Eating area and archives are also considered within the office area.

For a more elegant feel, the walls are made either out of marble or wood with elegant steel details framing the materials. The ceiling is planed as a sequence of light beams creating rhythm and illuminating every working station evenly. Facade space is used in the proper orientation to allow natural light to come into the office while private spaces are located on the sides framing views for the directing teams.
