With a career of over 40 years, Guillermo has led AAA to become a world-class design company. Leading projects that range from high-end residential houses to pharmaceutical laboratories, he has secured himself as a leading professional and committed educator within the Mexican architecture community.

GUILLERMO SUAREZ
Guillermo joined the office after graduating from Universidad Iberoamericana Architecture school in 2012. Through commitment and hard work, he upped the ranks at AAA to become Senior Partner / Director of New Projects, where he has lead projects ranging from high density housing to restaurants and office interiors, broadening the scope of projects (and clients) that define AAA as a full scope design practice.

DIRK THURMER
With over 20 years of practice, Dirk is one of the strong pillars of the AAA family. After joining AAA in the 90’s, Dirk has been committed to high quality design, leading and developing projects as complex as the Sophia Laboratories. At the same time, he has shepherd the design development teams for over 20 years, always pursuing the highest quality professionals in a secure/healthy/ethical work environment.

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
BEATRIZ ALMAZAN
Leading the construction team, Beatriz is the go-to person on everything related to construction management and execution. Under her guidance, AAA has been able to turn into a full-service company, securing the correct execution of our projects, while becoming a competitive contractor capable of offering top of the line service, accurate budgeting and first-class execution to our clients.

ASSOCIATE
SALVADOR CORTEZ
Salvador joined AAA in 2016 after finishing a Master in Design Research degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. At AAA he has lead projects for Real Estate Development as well as further evolving our design language, pushing AAA to become a contemporary research-driven office capable of responding to the highest demands for technology and innovation the future may withhold.
